With our managed WordPress hosting, we handle everything for you. We take care of setting up the server, the database, and connecting your domain. If you need help connecting it, we’ll provide all the information you need.
We also keep everything on the server updated, secure, and running smoothly so that your website is always accessible.
You don’t need to know anything about web hosting or WordPress to getting started with our service. We’ll give you your login details and handle everything else. You will still need to take care of your website’s content and updates.

Is website maintaince included with hosting?
No, with our Managed WordPress webhosting we only maintain the server and updates required for hosting.
In general we do not make any edits, updates or changes to your WordPress website such as theme and plugin updates.
If you need your website maintained, we offer several care plans for you to choose from.
*Some core WordPress security updates may automatically be installed to maintain the server’s security.
Will I have access to a control panel or something similar for managing my website?
With our service, you’ll get your own WordPress site set up for you, along with all the necessary credentials to access and use it. We handle everything related to hosting, so you won’t need to manage or use any control panel.
This means you can forget about worrying about SSL certificates, backups, file management, storage, and more. We take care of it all, allowing you to focus on running your business.
If I change my domain nameservers, do I lose ownership of my domain?
No, when you change your nameservers, it allows us to manage your domain’s DNS records and add various performance and security features to your website as part of our hosting service.
Your domain is registered with a registrar (like GoDaddy, Namecheap, Porkbun, etc.), and you retain complete ownership of it, even after changing the nameservers.
If you ever need to change or revert your nameservers again, you have full access to do that through your registrar.
Can I have access to my DNS records if you are managing them?
Yes, we can provide you DNS record access if you have changed your nameservers for us to mange them.
This allows us to manage them for the website and add features as part of your hosting package, while allowing you to add records for things such as email or marketing services for your domain.

Does hosting include email services?
We do not provide any email hosting services.
We can provide free mail forwarding services if you changed your nameservers to our requirements.
Mail forwarding allows you designate an email or multiple emails at your domain (such as [email protected]) to receive email and automatically send it to a different email, such as a personal gmail account. This allows you to publicize a professional looking email from your business while using your pre-existing email (for free!)
To request email forwarding services, please submit a support ticket.
* Please note if you pay for an email service this service is not compatible. It is only available if you do not have a paid email service on your domain as it uses MX records, which a paid email solution would also use.
What type of support do I get?
All of our Managed WordPress hosting plans offer 24/7 monitoring that alert us of any issues. If your website hosting were to ever become unavailable outside of our own server maintenance, we proactively will take action without requiring you to contact us.
If you need assistance due to a specific issue or need that may be related to your hosting you can submit a support ticket.
Our normal support ticket turnaround time is within 1-2 business days, most being addressed the same day as being submitted.
