Terms of Service
We have revised our Terms of Service to provide a single location and agreement for recurring services we offer. The new terms apply to Managed WordPress Web Hosting, Care Plans (previously known as Maintenance Plans or Support Plans), and any other services you use or subscribe to.
These updated terms will take effect at your next service renewal, payment or purchase and are otherwise effective immediately. If you do not agree with the changes, you can cancel your subscription or service under the previous cancellation conditions before your next renewal.

Billing & Support Portal
Please note, the new Stripe billing portal and our support portal function independently of each other.
Billing Portal
Our former billing and support portal, found at https://client.westhilldigital.net (now labeled ‘old billing’), will be retired and replaced with a new billing portal powered by Stripe, along with a support portal available on this website.
You can access the new billing login here or by clicking on the Billing Login links on this website. To log in, simply enter your registered email, and a link will be sent to you that allows for automatic login (no password is required).
- You do not need to log in to pay invoices; subscriptions will automatically charge the payment method on file.
- If a manual payment is necessary, you will receive an email link for direct payment.
- Logging into the billing portal gives you access to view your current subscriptions, download invoices/receipts, and update your payment methods.
Support Portal
To access the new support portal, go to the support page on this website. For your initial login, please click the Reset Password link below the login form to create your first password, using your email as your login/username.
Active Subscriptions and Current Clients
Current clients will have their active subscriptions and services transferred to the new billing system, maintaining the same subscription renewal dates. You will receive an email notification once the migration is complete.
Please note our hosting package options have also changed, please see the section below for more information.
If you have not received an email regarding the billing migration, your subscription is still active in the old billing portal, which can be accessed via the ‘Old billing login’ link on this website.
- The old billing system is set to be fully retired and deactivated by January 10, 2024, though this date may change.
- If you need copies of your invoice history, support tickets, or any other information from the old billing system, please access it and download that information before this date, as old invoices, tickets, and related data will not be transferred to the new billing system.
While most clients’ payment methods will be migrated, some may need to re-enter and save payment information if it was unable to be migrated (expired cards, PayPal or other payment methods used).
Please pay attention to any emails from “[email protected]” and/or “[email protected]” regarding future payment method and invoice notices.
Hosting Plan Options & Pricing
Our hosting plans have been updated into four simplified options and prices to standardize our options:
- Brochure | $14/month or $156/yr – Small business / brochure site, very low traffic, rated for under 15K/visits/month
- Standard | $30/month or $330/yr – Slightly complex site, some dynamic data, low traffic, rated for up to 30K/visits/month
- Advanced | $60/month or $660/yr – Complex site, significant amount of dynamic data, medium traffic, rated for up to 60K/visits/month
- Professional | $200/month or $2200/yr – LMS, Membership, E-commerce sites, high traffic sites, rated for up to 250K/month
- Custom – Custom sites with rates for custom traffic amounts
We still do not impose limits or fees based on the number of site visits, unlike many competitors. The listed visits are simply a reference to indicate what your server can accommodate.

Existing Hosting Subscriptions
Your existing hosting subscription will be migrated into one of the four above standard options, or kept on its custom plan if you had an individual agreement.
If your hosting plan price has gone up due to switching to one of the new options, a coupon will be added to your current hosting subscription. This coupon will automatically provide a 10% discount on your next annual renewal or for the next 12 months, helping to keep your costs similar to what you currently pay.
If you were previously on an individual agreement for combined hosting and maintenance, your pricing and feature set has not changed.
Care Plans
Our care plans (maintenance / support) have been updated into three simplified options and prices to standardize our options:
- Patching Essentials *New | $40/month – Designed to scan and patch security vulnerabilities only as a bare minimum offering for maintenance
- Basic Maintenance | $90/month – Our standard maintenance plan that keeps your site updated and secure
- Expert Care | $250/month – Includes bundled support time, agency licenses and more features

Existing Care Plan / Maintenance Subscriptions
If you are on an individual agreement for a care or maintenance plan, your pricing and feature set has not changed.
Domains
We have previously discontinued the option to register new domains as a service through our products and will continue to do so.
If you currently have an active domain service with us, we will keep renewing your domain annually at a standard charge of $20 per year for .com, .net, .org and .us extensions, $50 per year for any other extension.
If you wish to transfer your domain registration to another provider, please submit a ticket through our support portal, and we will be glad to assist you with the migration.
